    Gym – As what most people know, a call center job can totally ruin one’s diet. Some companies found a way to eliminate this heightening problem by putting up fitness gyms in the firms’ premises. Now call center agents can go to work early or stay up a little late and do their workouts. Even better, call center companies don’t charge a single penny for agents to get complete membership in this wonderful feature!

    Virtual Station – Although call center agents use computers during their work, some social networking websites are not accessible. However, if they want to check emails, watch videos online or play online games, agents can have a free and complete access of the BPO industry’s virtual station where computers with internet connection are provided.

    Gaming Station – This is definitely a swell feature that nobody would be able to ignore. On some call center companies, rooms with gaming consoles (Play Station, XBOX and Nintendo) are provided to give entertainment to bored call center agents.     Theater – Who doesn’t like watching movies? If you’re sleepy, try watching a movie and your heavy eyelids will surely lighten. You can watch various movies while you’re on your break or you can just watch your favorite television programs through cable broadcasting system. This is perfect if you’re killing time or just keeping yourself awake.

    Not all BPO companies are as bad as you think. There are some companies that put up these features because the care for employees is still there. Besides, what company would want to lose its employees because of poor system, right?It just happens that BPO industries are being manned by people who know just the right benefits to give their employees.
